As Christ Episcopal Church moves forward,
it will need an increasing endowment to fund the numerous needs of our parishioners. Churches, schools and colleges have recognized the importance of endowments
to their on-going and future operations. We are always wishing that we had more funds
to distribute to worthwhile causes as Christ directs us to do.

- Presently, we have plans in place to make our Church School and Adult Education Program second to none. Our large and beautiful building requires constant maintenance and renewal. To have the resources to support our wonderful music program is certainly a priority.

- The parishioners named below have heeded our call for naming Christ Church in some form of Planned Giving. The most common endeavor is to include Christ Church as one of the beneficiaries in a will.

- When the Church receives such a gift, unless otherwise specified, it is placed in our investment funds and only 5% per year can be drawn for current use. This is a prudent practice and is the normal “spending rule” of educational institutions, churches and other non-profit organizations. Thus your gift will be perpetuated and continue to grow for the benefit of the Church as the value of the securities markets increase.
