Curate
The Rev. Lynn Campbell began working at Christ Church in September of 2010 as the Diocesan Fellow. Following her ordination on June 25th, 2011, she was called to serve as the Curate of Christ Church. As Curate, Lynn is involved in many aspects of parish life including liturgy, pastoral care, adult education, Confirmation Class, Youth Group, and outreach to new members.
Lynn grew up in Wilmington, Delaware but has been a New Englander since moving to Massachusetts in 1994. Lynn attended the College of the Holy Cross where she received her undergraduate degree in Sociology and Peace and Conflict Studies. She also earned a Master of Divinity from Weston Jesuit School of Theology and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Anglican Studies from Virginia Theological Seminary. Lynn received additional training in Spiritual Direction at the Center for Religious Development. Before ordination, Lynn worked as a Campus Minister at various universities, as the Manager of Volunteer and Pastoral Services at St. Francis House, a homeless day shelter in Boston, and as a Chaplain at the Barbara C. Harris Camp, our Diocesan summer camp. |
