Rector
As the Rector, Reverend Windsor serves as the primary spiritual and pastoral leader of the parish and is accountable to the Vestry comprised of elected lay members of Christ Church. Prior to being called in 2002, Skip served as priest to several other parishes in the Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts including St. Paul's Cathedral. He earned his undergraduate degree from Dickinson College, an M.B.A. from Cornell University, and his M.Div. from Harvard Divinity School. Before being ordained in 1988, Skip was in commercial banking and is a former Marine Corps officer who served on active duty from 1970 to 1973.
He currently serves as a trustee of The Church Home Society and the Diocesan Investment Trust. At the national church level, he is a member of The Audit Committee of The Episcopal Church.
Skip and his wife, Kathy, live in West Newton and have three adult children and are the proud grandparents of a grandson and granddaughter. He enjoys writing, traveling, collecting maritime folk art particularly scrimshaw and goes fishing whenever possible for stripers and bluefish.
