Olan Mills Directory Sign-up Information

To schedule your photography time on-line:

Step 1.   Connect to the on-line appointment scheduler at the following link:
                        https://signup.olanmills.com/familyinfo.aspx?chcontract=30166

Step 2.  Where it says “Photography Appointment Information,” fill out the requested information.  Please supply an e-mail address so that the church can e-mail you reminders about your appointment.  Also, you will need to use your e-mail address as a login if you want to change your appointment time yourself.  Where it says, “Church Membership List Information,” please fill out the requested information as you want it to appear in the parish directory.  After reviewing all of the information to be sure that it is correct, click the ‘Save’ button.

Step 3.  On the calendar page, first select the date you want to schedule your appointment, then select a time from the scrolling menu that will appear on the right hand side of the screen.  Once you have selected your date and time, click the ‘Submit’ button.  This will enter your family into the photography schedule.

To change an already scheduled appointment on-line, or to change your directory information:

Step 1.  Connect to the on-line appointment scheduler at the following link:
                        http://www.signup.olanmills.com

Step 2.  Select the appropriate option for what you want to do.

Step 3.  Log in by entering the e-mail address and password that you used when you first scheduled your appointment.

Step 4.  Make the necessary adjustments and save them.

You can make on-line corrections only to an appointment you originally scheduled on-line—if you signed up on paper at the Church, you cannot change your appointment on-line!
